RESOLUTION NO. 888-I
A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS ON
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 888-D
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 2
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council did on January 3, 1979, adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 888-D to acquire public improvements in
and for said City;
WHEREAS, on January 3, 1979, this Council adopted a resolution
appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation to the
proposed acquisitions and directing notice;
WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place therein stated
in the manner provided by law, as appears from the certificates and
affidavits on file in the 'office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the time
therein fixed; and
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communications
were publicly read at said meeting and all persons desiring to be
heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That protests against said acquisitions were not signed by
the owners of a majority or more of the area of the lands within the
assessment district, or of the area of the lands within the
assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said
acquisitions.
2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereby
overruled.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 7th day of February, 1979, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
