RESOLUTION NO. 888-L
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 2 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that the City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby,
appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments shall be made
under Resolution No. 888-D adopted by this Council on January 3,
1979, and that his office in the City Hall, Saratoga, California, is
hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be
made, and the Director of Public Works and ex-officio Superintendent
of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in connection
with collecting said assessments.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 7th day of February, 1979, by the fo].lowing vote of the
members thereof:
