RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution of
Intention No. 889-C, adopted by the City Council of said City on
February 7, 1979, as amended, was $528,500.00, all of which was to be
assessed; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work the estimated
cost of the project may be reduced to $500,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assessment is
hereby reduced to $500,000.00, and that each of the individual
assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share of the difference
between the original assessment and the new assessment.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga,.California, at a meeting thereof held on the 19th day
of December, 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:

Kraus, Corr, Callon and Matteoni
NOES, Councilmen:
