RESOLUTION NO. 889-P
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that that certain Agreement by and between said City and Wright &
Company/Realtors, a California corporation, and Eugene Louis Zambetti,
relating to the acquisition, construction and maintenance of off-street
automobile parking improvements, a copy of which has heretofore been
presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of said City be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement and the Clerk
of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to attest
said Agreement and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 19th
day of December , 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Kraus, Corr, Callon and Matteoni
NOES, Councilmen:
