RESOLUTION NO. 889 -Q .....
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND
INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that that certain Agreement by and between said City and County
Sanitation District No. 4 of Santa Clara County, relating to the
construction and installation of certain sanitary sewerage facilities
therein more particularly described, a copy of which has heretofore been
presented to this Council be, and it is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of said City be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement and the City
Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to
attest said Agreement and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the_19th
day of DeCember . .., 1979, by the following vote of the members thereof:
