RESOLUTION NO. 889-W
A RESOLUTION 01~DERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California,
that
W71EREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 889-V of this Council
ordering same, adopted on July 16, 1980, notice has been duly given of
the intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings
under Resolution of Intention No. 889-C adopted on February 7, 1979, as
amended; and
WItEREA8, persons interested appeared or filed written protests
against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring
to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and
things pertaining to said changes and modifications were fully heard
and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention, as amended, be made and had, all as more
particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 889-V
adopted July 16, 1980.

I hereby certify that the foregoing i~ a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
of the City of Saratoga, California at a meeting thereof held on the
6th day of August, 1980, by the following vote of the members thereof:
