RESOLUTION NO. 923
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF PROJECT PROPOSALS FOR FUNDING
UNDER THE HOUSING AND COr~NITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974,
AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the City

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Saratoga does hereby authorize the filing of the attached project
proposals, including all understandings and assurances contained in
and attached to the Joint Exercise of Powers and Cooperation Agreement
(Saratoga City Council Resolution No. 914) passed and adopted on the
19th day of September, 1979, and hereby designates the Mayor of the
City of Saratoga as the authorized representative for the City to
sign and act in connection with the project proposals and provide
information as may be required.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 20th day of November, 1979, by the following vote,
