RESOLUTION NO. 927
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUHCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA ADOPTING THE HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PLAN FOR THE 1980-81 HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT PROGRAM YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga desires to
apply for funding under Title I of the Housing and Community Development
Act of 1974, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously entered into a Joint
Exercise of Powers and Cooperation Agreement (Resolution 914) and
authorized the filing of project proposals for the 1980-81 program
year (Resolution No. 923) for the purpose of participating in Housing
and Connnunity Development Act funding; and
~{HEREAS, such participation requires adoption by resolution of
said Housing Assistance Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Saratoga does hereby adopt the 1980-81 City of Saratoga Housing
Assistance Plan as part of its annual submittal to the County of Santa
Clara and the Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding
under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as
amended.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
5th day of December, 1979, by the following vote:
