RESOLUTION NO. 931
A RESOLUTION TO CONSOLIDATE ELECTIONS
~iEREAS, a General Municipal election will be held on Tuesday,
April 8, 1980, in the City of Saratoga and;
í~IEREAS, a special election may be ordered to be held in another
political subdivision on the same territory, or in territory that is in
part the same and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 2 of Division 14 of the
Elections Code, this election may be either completely or partially
consolidated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Saratoga requests the Governing Body of any such other political
subdivision to partially or completely consolidate said elections and
to further provide that the canvass be made by any body or official
authorized by law to canvass the returns of the election and; that the
Saratoga City Council consents to such consolidation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
this 19th day of December, 1979, by the following vote:
