A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 775-3 ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Resolution 775-3 is amended as follows:
(1) The compensation of the City Manager of the
City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and established
at the sum and rate of $3,343.00 per month,
commencing with the month of March, 1980.
(2) The City Manager shall also be paid an automobile
allowance to be provided at the rate of $250.00
per month.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 20th day of February, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Corr & Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Matteoni
