A RESOLUTION ALTERING FEE SCHEDULE FOR
CIVIC T}IEATRE RENTALS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established for
payment to the City of Saratoga on application for each of the following
use~ of the Civic Theatre. This fee schedule shall become effective
January 1, 1981, and shall be applicable to all applications filed from
and after its effective date.
TYPE FEE
Rehearsals $ 35.00/day
Performance 130.00/day
Partial Use of Stage 65.00/day
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 16 day of
.Tul v , 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Linda Callon, Martha Clevenger, John Mallory,
Cheriel Jensen, Dale Watson
