RESOLUTION NO. 976
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON
A PORTION OF ALOHA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, the City
Council of the City of Saratoga hereby declares its intention to order
the vacation and abandonment of a portion of Aloha Avenue.
A portion of that certain street known as Aloha Avenue,
located just southwesterly of Saratoga/Los Gatos Road
between Oak Street and Vickery Avenue in the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2: The:3rd day of Décember , 1980, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., at the Council Chambers
of the City Council, City Hall, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, Calif-
ornia, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons in-
terested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment above
set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
15th day of
