A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AMEM]ING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1011, the City Council has established a Finance
Advisory Comnitte consisting of three {3) members; and
WHERFAS, the City Council did initially appoint four (4) members to the Conmittee
and it has been found that this number is rare effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ntInher of members of the Finance
Advisory Comnittee is increased to four (4), each of whom shall serve three
(3) year overlapping terms of office.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed ar~ _adopted at a regular

meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 7th day of
1982, by the following vote:.
