Resolution of City Council of the City of
Saratoga Certifying the Final Environmental
Impact Report for Northwest Hillside Specific Plan
WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact report was prepared
in accord with all applicable State and City Guidelines, and
WHEREAS, said DEIR was noticed in a paper of General Circu-
lation and
WHEREAS, said DEIR was circulated for a period of thirty
(30) days in accord with State and City EIR guidelines, and
WHEREAS, said document was made available to the public, and
WHEREAS, the City Council held public hearings on April 15,
April 29, May 20, and May 26th, and
WHEREAS, said comments were accepted beyond the required reviewperiod;
WHEREAS, appropriate written responses were prepared for all
comments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Saratoga does:
(1) Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report as a
complete and adequate document, and
(2) That if the project were completed as proposed, said
project would have an impact on the environment.
Passed and adopted by the Saratoga City Council on the 2nd
day of by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: Councilmember Jensen
ABSENT: None
