RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA MAKING INTERIM
APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE GENERAL MA~ AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF
THE CITY OF SARATOGA
WHEREAS, the City Council of Saratoga will be deliberating the
1981-82 proposed badget during the next two months; and
WHFaFAS, the City Cour~il will be participating in work sessions to
review the 1981-82 budget, and will be oonducting public hearings on
said buaget; and
WHEREAS, until such time as the final 1981-82 City of Saratoga budget
is adopted, certain interim appropriations nust be made prior to July 1, 1981,
for the City' s general maintenance and operating expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
that interim appropriations be and hereby are ra~de to the City' s general
mainte~ and Operations as indicated below:

Section II:
The interim appropriations listed above are to continue for July and
August 1981, with f~ing sources to be in the same proportion as funding
sources identified in the 1980-81 budget.
The above and foregoing resolution vas passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a special. meeting on the 23rd day of
J__~, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
