RESOLUTICN APPOINTING CITY NBNAGER AS CITY TREASeR
WHEREAS, tJ~e Treasurer of the City of Saratoga, Vladimir F. Fabris, has
resigned his position effective October 31, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the position of Treasurer is a vital and necessary one for the
conduct of City business on a daily basis; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Wayne Dernetz, has deaonstrated familiarity with
the financial administration of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City ManaGer, Wayne Dernetz is
hereby apOointed as City Treasurer.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga held on the 21st'day of October, 1981, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Ctevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENce: None
