A RESOLUTIflq OF THE CITY COLEqCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING TP~ 1981-82 CAPITAL I~DROVE]~NT BLDGET
WP]EREAS, the City Council has reviewed a three-to-five-year Capital
~vement Program, and after considerable discussion identified those
specific projects for fiscal year 1981-82 Capital Improvement Budget
totalling ;$1.,'.55~:,~2:.7t, and
WHEPaAg, the Planning Ck~ssion has dete/mined that the proposed Capital
Improvement Program is consistent with the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby adopt
the 1981-82 Capital Improvement Budget.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular. meeting
of the City Council of the City of Saratoga on the 6th day of January ,
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
