A RESOLUTION ALTERING & ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: In accord with Government Code Section 65453(a) the
City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
establishee a fee to defray the costs of preparing
and implementing the Specific Plan. Said fee shall
be paid at the time of issuance of a Building Permit
and shall apply to all new structures within the
designated Specific Plan Study Area.
SECTION 2: This fee schedule shall become effective immediately
and shall be applicable as referenced in Section 1.
and Section 2. of this resolution.
Specific Plan cost per new unit $172.00
The above and for~oing resolution was passed and adopted at an
adj~= e.~.g~.~.~tin~g~!~ th~.~ty..~.~ilof the City of Saratoga held
on the 2nd day of June, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
