A RESOLUTION OF THE SARATOC~A CITY COUNCIL
CO~I~lqDING RICHARD SIEGFRIED FOR OLTSTANDING
SERVICE TO THE CITY OF SARATOGA
WHEREAS, Richard Siegfried has served the City of Saratoga during the
period of June 1978 and January 1981 as a member of the Planni~g Commission;
and,
WHEREAS, he served as Vice-Chairman during the period of January 1980
to January 1981; and,
WHEREAS, Richard is always concerned in doing what is legally and
morally correct as it relates to land Use Planning; and,
~ERFAS, he currently serves as Chairman of the Citizens Advisory
Conmittee for the Specific Plan and the 1981 General Plan Review Committee
having been appointed by the Council because of his knowledge of the City
and his leadership ability; and,
WHEREAS, Richard Siegfried demonstrated the qualities of honesty,
fairness in all of his duties as a Conmissioner;
NCY~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council on behalf of the
Residents of Saratoga do hereby conm~nd Richard Siegfried for his unending
dedication and service to the City of Saratoga and extends to him its appre-
ciation and best wishes for any future endeavors within the City of Saratoga.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 4th
day of February, 1981, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, and MayorCallon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
