RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASED
APPROPRIATIONS AND DEPARTMENTAL EXPENDITURES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: City Council adoption of Resolution 85-9.54,
Revising Salary Ranges, Personnel Policies and
Fringe Benefits for Non-Management Employees of
the City of Saratoga, creates the need for an
additional appropriation to the fiscal year
1981-82 Operating Budget, as adopted by the
City Council on November 4, 1981.
SECTION 2: The City Council confirms the following appropri-
ations from the Reserves to the appropriate
program operating budgets.
Total Appropriation $48,762
SECTION 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to distribute the appropriations of $48,762 to
the appropriate program operating budgets in
accordance with revised salary ranges and fringe
benefits, as provided in Resolution 85-9.54.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
20th day of January , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
