A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~qCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ORDERING AND
CALLING A GENERAL MIlqICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ON ~ 8, 1982 kND P~OVIDING FOR GIVING OF NOq~CE OF RT.RCTION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, as follc~s:
1. A General Municipal Election hereby is called to be held in
and for the City of Saratoga on Tuesday, June 8, 1982, to elect three
(3) Councilmenters, each for a full term of four (4) years.
2. The City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to
publish a Notice of the General MLlnicipal Election in the form marked
Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
within the time and in the manner specified in the Government Code
Section 22830.
3. The City Clerk be and hereby is authorized to publish all
notices in the manner required by law, including the list of ncIninees,
election of officers and polling places.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City :~O~tlncil of the City of ~atoga held on the 3rd
day of February , 1982, by the following vote:

NOTICE OF ~.FL~fION
A General Municipal Election shall be held in the City of Saratoga on
Tuesday, June 8, 1982, for the follcwing officers:
Three m~nbers of the City Council (each for a term of
four (4) years).
The polls shall be open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
