witnessed a hit-and-run automobile ao~ident on Highway 9, and
M{ERFAS, Mr. Baptis~e ]mnediately drove after the driver leavirg the
scene and obtained information required ~o identify the driver, and
person ~ car had been hit until the arrival of the police;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT [eSOLVED, that the Saratoga City Council ccrmends
for his unhesitating, resourceful, and ooncerned action with regard to an event
in which he was not inifla]ly im~lved;
