A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings for the levy
and collection as assessments upon the several lots or parcels of land in City of
Saratoga Landscaping and Lighting District LLA-1 pursuant to the Landscaping and
Lighting Act of 1972 for the construction or installation of improvements, including
the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof for the fiscal year 1982-1983; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be served by appointing
and employing attorneys for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF AND MCELLIGOTT, San Mateo,
California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do and perform all
legal services required in the conduct of said proceedings, and that its compensation
be, and it is hereby fixed at not to exceed $1,200.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 5th day of May , 1982, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Clevenger, Jensen, Watson, and Mayor Callon
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Mallory
