A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA APPROPRIATING
$51,000 FROM THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
FOR A PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE DEMONSTRATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported there are
unexpended Revenue Sharing monies available in the ch~k~nt
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is urgent need to provide additional
monies for street repairs and maintenance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of
$51,000 is hereby appropriated from the Revenue Sharing Fund
for a pavement repair demonsration project, and the Finance
Director is directed to establish appropriate accounts for
the project.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council on
the 19th day of ~May, 1982, ....... , by the following vote:
