RESOLUTION NO. 10.9.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLI.SHEN~ PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
MT. :EDEN ESTATES
ASSFaSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga.,
California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has ascertained the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality" in which
said public work is proposed to be performed for work of a simi!~r
character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 108 ,
adopted October 18, 1961;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con-
rained in the specifications, copies of which are on file in the
office of the City Engineer and also in the office of the City Clef]
of said City; and
WHER:EAS~ this Council has duly considered said scale and.
fin~s the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDEREI),
as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth ~.n the specifica~ions
is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per
wages for work of a similar character to that above described
in the locality in which such public work is p;coposed to be per-
f o rme d.
2. That not less than said prevailing ~'.ate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution of Intention.
