RESOLLTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING APPFOPRIA-
TIONS AND AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BIDGET
WHEREAS, it is reccrmended that the following adjustrent be made increasing
the present budget appropriations:
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga a~opted by Resolution 1099 be arer~ed as follows:
$3,172.00 from general ledger account 46-2900 Gas Tax
(2106) furd balance available, to general ledger account
46-2940 Gas Tax (2106) appropriations
Subsidiary:
Fund 46 Gas Tax (2106)
Progrsm 946 Quito/Marshall Street Modifications

To enable school buses to turn safely onto

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 3rd day of November ,
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmemlbers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory, Moyles, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
