RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASLNG. APPROPRIA-
TIONS AND AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is r~ed that the following adjustment be made increasing
the present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFOFE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga a~olYced by Resolution 1099 be anended as follows:
$10,350.25 from general ledger account 46-2900
gas tax (2106) fund balance available, to general
ledger account 46-2940 gas tax (2106) appropriations.
Fund 46 - Gas Tax (2106)
Program 947 - Prospect Rd. - San Jose/Saratoga Joint Project

To appropriate the funds necessary to complete a joint
project agreement between the City of San Jose and
Saratoga, for improvements to Prospect Road frcrn Blaney
Avenue to Saratoga-Sunnyvate Road.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the ]st day of December

AYES: Councilmembers Mallory and Moyl es and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
