RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING, APPROPRIA-
TIONS AND AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is reccnmemaed that the following adjustment be made increasing
the present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga adopted by Resolution 1099 be amended as follows:
$7,200.00 from general ledger account 87-2900, local drainage
facilities fund balance available, to general ledger account
87-2940 local drainage facilities fund appropriations.
Subsidiary:
Fund 87 - Local Drainage Facilities
Program 952 - Pierce Road Storm Drain
P~se:
To appropriate the funds necessary to increase the scope of
work to include overlaying the project area with i½" asphalt.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the ] 5thdaY of December ,
1982 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember. s Clevenger, Fanelti, Mallory, Moyles, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
