A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA REVISING THE SALARY
AND BENEFITS FOR THE CITY MANAGER
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE
WHEREAS the City Council has reviewed and evaluated the
performance of the City Manager in November, 1981
Now Therefore be it Resolved:
(1) That the monthly salary rate for the City Manager,
effective March 1, 1982 shall be $4,050.
(2) That the amount provided for insurance benefits,
including health, life, long term disability and
dental coverage, shall be the same as provided
for other management positions, $215.00 per month.
(3) The amount of $1,466 is hereby appropriated to the
proper budget accounts from General Fund Reserves
set aside for this purpose.
The above and foregoing resolution ~I:as passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 3rd day of March , 1982, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
