RESOLUT!CN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
INCREASING APP~DPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is reccmnended that the foll~ing adjustment be made increasing
the present budget appropriations:
NC~, THEREFORE, BEFIT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of Saratoga
adopted by Resolution 1099 be amended as follows:
Transfer:
$2,000.00 from general ledger account 55-2900, Capital Improvement
Projects fund balance available, to general ledger account 55-2940,
Capital Improvement Projects appropriations.
Fund 55 - Capital Improvement Projects
Project - 932 Guava Court Pedestrian Crossing
Purpose:
To reimburse the Southern Pacific Transportation Company for the
cost of preparing the railroad tracks at Guava Court for a
pedestrian crossing.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a I~yuly ar
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the ....~6th.. day of ,
1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilembers Callon, elevenget, Mallory and Mayor Foyles
NGES: None
ABSTAIN: Non~
