RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COINCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is reccnnended that the following adjustment be made increasing
the present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of Saratoga
adopted by Resolution 1099 be amended as follows:
Transfer:
$3,212.00 from general ledger account 21-2905 General Fund
Reserve for Appropriaticns Increases, to general ledger account
21-2940 General Fund Appropriations
Subsidiary:
Fund 21 - General Fund
Program 924 - Solid Waste Management Grant
PlEi~se:
To purchase minor litter control materials.
Costs will be 100% grant rein~ursed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 5th day of Jann_sry ,
1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory, Moyles, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
