A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND DROP
OFF BOX SERVICES TO BE CHARGED BY
GREEN VALLEY DISPOSAL COMPANY.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1.
The franchise agreement between the City of Saratoga and
Green Valley Disposal Company authorizes the City Council
of Saratoga to approve rates for residential, commercial,
and drop off box services provided by Green Valley Disposal
Company.
The following schedule of rates, attached hereto, is hereby
established and shall become effective on March 1~ 1983, and
shall remain in effect until amended by Resolution of the
City Council of Saratoga.
Section 2.
The franchise agreement between the City of Saratoga and Green
Valley Disposal Company defines certain areas of the City as
"hard to serve." The map and street listing attached hereto
are hereby established as the official listing of "hard to
serve" areas within the City of Saratoga. The attached map
and street listing will remain in effect until amended by
Resolution of the City Council of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 16th day of
FebD~ary , 1983, by the following vote:
