HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2052-A~56C-523a WMAM:JEB:om 04/05/83 12c RESOLUTION NO-2052-A A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS TO CONDUCT PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1 RESOLVED, by the City Coundil of the City of Saratoga, California, that WHEREAS, thlS'Co~ncil has determined to .Undertake proceedings for the annexation of territory to an existing assessment district pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 and for the construction or installation of improvements in said territory, including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof; and WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be served by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT, San Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby fixed at not to exceed $2,500.00. , , · · · I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 20th day of April , 1983 , by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor thereof, Council Members: Clevenger, Fanelly, Moyles and Mayor Pro Ten Mallory NOES, Council Members: None ABSENT, Council Members: Mayor Callon ~~ ~' ~ t~e~tty ....
