RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING
APPROPRIATIONS AND kMENDING THE 1983-84 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
~EREAS, it is recommended that the following adjustment be made
increasing the present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga adopted by Resolution 2073 be amended as follows:
Transfer:
$4,500.00 from general ledger account 55-2900 capital improvement
fund balance available, to general ledger account 55-2940 capital
improvement appropriations.

To prepare a topographic map of the City's Hakone Gardens.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 7th
day of December , 1983 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory and Mayor Moyles
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmenk~r Callon
