A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA ADJUSTING THE SALARY OF CITY MANAGER
AND CONTINUING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded its consideration of the
compensation and other terms and conditions of employment of the
City Manager, including a review of his performance and a review
of compensation for similar positions in comparable cities; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 775.6, dated March 16, 1983, established terms
and conditions of employment of the City Manager and specified that
review of performance and compensation would be completed in
September 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the salary for the City Manager be and hereby is adjusted
to the rate of $4,650 per month;
2. That the next period of review and evaluation of the City
Manager's performance and compensation shall be concluded no
later than the end of September, 1984;
3. All other terms and conditions of employment as specified in
Resolution 775.6, adopted March 16, 1983, be and hereby are
continued.
Passed and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council
on September 27, 1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory andMayorMoyles
NOES: CouncilmenberCallon
ABSENT: None
