RESOLUTION OFTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARA~ INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS
AND AMENDING THE 1983-84 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is recc~ended that the following adjustment be made increasing the
present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of Saratoga adopted
by Resolution 2073 be anended as foltc~s:
Transfer: $21,000 from General Ledger Account 87-29D9 Storm Drain Fund balance
available, to General Ledger Account 87-2941 Storm Drain appropria-
tions.
Subsidiary: Fund 87 - Storm Drain
Program. 958 - Quarry Creek Analysis
~se: To update Terratech's 1979 analysis of improvements required along
Quarry Creek.
The akove and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga City Council held on the 4th day of April, 1984, ,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Callon, Clevenger, Mallory and Mayor Pro Ten Fanelli
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Moyles
