RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA REVERTING TO ACREAGE CERTAIN LOTS IN
TRACT 6665, PARNAS CORPORATION, AND MAKING
FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF
WHEREAS, Parnas Corporation is the sole owner of Lots Nos. 2, 3, 16, 17,
27 and 28 of Tract 6665, and Lots A and B of SDR-1426, Parnas Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Parnas Corporation has requested that said real property be
reverted to acreage in the manner and form as set forth hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1983 and August 3, 1983, the City Counci] of the
City of Saratoga held a duly noticed public hearing at the request of Parnas
Corporation for said reversion to acreage, and after the closing of said public hearing,
reviewed and considered applicanrs request, staff reports, the parcel maps submitted
by Jennings, McDermott and Heiss, and other evidence presented to the Council at
said public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga HEREBY
RESOLVES as follows:
1. The City Council makes the following findings:
(a) Dedications or offers of dedication to be vacated or abandoned
by the reversion to acreage are unnecessary for present or
prospective public purposes.
(b) All owners of an interest in the real property being reverted to
acreage have consented to said reversion to acreage.
2. Having made the above findings:
(a) Lots 2 and 3 are combined into one lot and returned to acreage.
(b) Lots 16 and 17 are combined into one lot and returned to
acreage.
(c) Lots 27 and 28 are combined into one lot and returned to
acreage.
(d) Lots A and B are combined into one Lot and returned to
acreage.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular

meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 3rd day of August,
1983, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callon,Clevenger, Fanelli; Mallory and Mayor ~byles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
