RESOLUTION NO. 2089
CEMMENDING EDWARD J. BOLGER
WHEREAS, Edward Bolger has served the City of Saratoga with distinction as a
Planning Ccrmissioner between January 1981 and August 1983; and
WHEREAS, he served as Vice-Cha!~ to the Planning Commission from September
1982 to August 1983; and
WHEREAS, he has oontributed greatly to the Housing Element and the Design Review
WHEREAS, he has participated on the Land Use Conmittee, which in~Dlved time away
from his schedule to assist staff, the applicants, and the Conmission in reaching
its decisions relating to applications~ and
WHEREAS, he has participated in and contributed greatly to the General Plan revision;
WHEREAS, he has always added a sense of fairness to all public hearings and has
always been conoerned for the residents of Saratoga and its well being; and
WHEREAS, he has made an important contribution to the planning process and has
consistently tpheld the principles of the ordinances of the City of Saratoga.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby crrmends Mr. Bolger for his generous dedication to the citizens of Saratoga
and thanks him for his many hours of service.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Saratoga City Council held on the __ day of , 1983, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory and Mayor Moyles
