A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ORDERING kND
CALLING A GENERAL MI~ICIPAL ELECTION ~0 ~E ~D IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA
CN JL~E B, 1984"AND PROVIDING FOR GIVING OF NOTICE OF ML~CTICN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, as follows:
1. A General Municipal Electiota her~ is called to be held in
and for the City of Saratoga on Tuesday, June 9, 1984, to elect two
(2) Councilmembers, each for a full term of four (4) years.
2. The City Clerk ke and hereby is authorized and directed to
publish a Notice of the General Municipal Election in the form marked
Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
within the time and in the manner specified in the Elections Code
Section 22830.
3. The City Clerk be and hereby is authorized to publish all
notices in the manner required by law, including the list of nominees,
election of officers and polling places.
The above and ~oregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City "Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 15th
day of February , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Callon, Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory and Mayor ~byles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

NOTICE OF
Notice is hereby given that a general municipal election will be held in the
City of Saratoga on Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1984, for the following
officers:
TWo menbets of the City Council (each f~r a
term of four ( 4 ) years.
The precincts, poling places, and precinct board menbers shall be the sane as
those provided for the statewide primary election on the sane date.
The polls will be open between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Noticia se da por este MEDIO que una GE2qERAL ELECCION MLNICIPAL pendra
lugar en la Ciudad de Saratoga, Martes, el dia cinco de Junio, de 1984,
para elegir los oficiales siguientes:
Para dos (2) Socios de la Junta Municipal (pleno plazo
de cuatro (4} anSs).
Los Lugares de votaci~n /
