RESOLUTION C~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga did, on March 27, 1984,
oonduct interviews to fill the vacant seat of Paul Fnore, and
WHEREAS, it is nc~ appropriate to appoint a member to fill that term.
NCEq, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the new member of the Parks and Recreation
Ccenission and his term shall be as follc~s:
Mark Pierce - appointed for term ending August 1986
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga CityCouncil held on the 4th day of April, 1984, by the follc~ing
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callon, Clevenger, Mallory and Mayor Pro Ten Fanelli
NOES: None
ABSENT:' Mayor F~yles
