RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COLNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTTNG A MEMBER OF THE HERITAGE PRESERVATION ~SSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga has coraucted interviews
to fill the expired texm of Louisa Henderson, and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate to appo/nt a member to fill that term.
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the individual appointed to the Heritage
Preservation Cnnnission and that individual' s term shall be as follows:
Louisa Henderson is reappointed for a tenn eraing April 1988
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Saratoga City Council held on the 18th day of April, 1984, by the
following vote:
AYES: Counci]3nenbers Clevenger. and Mallory and Mayor Moyles
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councils Callon and Fanelli
