RESOLUTION NO. 2137-A
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
TO CONDUCT PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO
CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND
LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
Ca].ifornia, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings for
the annexation of territory to an existing assessment district pursuant
to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 and for
the construction or installation of improvements in said territory,
including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and genera]. welfare will be served
by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and conduct of
said proceed ing s;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT, San
Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do
and perform a].l legal services required in the conduct of said
proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed at
not to exceed $2,000.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 18th
day of .April , 1984 , by the following vote of the members
thereof:

Councilmembers Clevenger, and Fanelli and Mayor MDyles
