RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT TO
MASTER'AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga is applying for federal funds in order to repair
strom damage caused to Pierce Road near Via Regina, and
WHEREAS, in order to apply for these funds it is necessary for a supplement to
the City's Master Agreement for Federal Aid Projects dated August 17, 1977, to
be approved and its execution authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga
does approve Program Supplement Number Five to Local Agency-State Agreement
Number 04-5332 for funding of Federal Aid Project Number 04-SCL-O-Sar ERll35 (2)
on FAU Route Cl39 Pierce Road near Via Regina, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized to execute the above
supplement.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 2nd of May, 1984
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbets Callon, Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory and Mayor~Dyles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

Pursuant to the Federal Aid for Emergency Relief Act, the attached "Program" of Federal
Aid for Emergency Relief Projects marked "Exhibit B' is hereby incorporated in that Master
Agreement for the Federal-Aid Prograft which was entered into between the above named
LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on August 17, 1977 , and
is subject to all of the terms and conditions thereof.
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the afore-
mentioned agreement under authority of City/fdq'AM~ Resolutions No.
approved by the City Council/lO~e~l~X~RlCKon
