Resolution of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
Certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report for
the Revised Housing Element of the General Plan
WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report was prepared in accord
with all applicable State and City Guidelines, and
WHEREAS, said DEIR was noticed in a paper of General Circulation,
and
WHEREAS, said DEIR was circulated for a period of thirty (30) days
in accord with State and City EIR guidelines, and
WHEREAS, said document was made available to the public, and
WHEREAS, the City Council held public hearings on February 1, 1984
and May 2, 1984, and
WHEREAS, appropriate written responses were prepared for all comments:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga does:
(1) Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report as a complete
and adequate document, and
(2) That if the project were completed as proposed, said project
would have an impact on the environment.
Passed and adopted by the Saratoga City Council on the 16th
day of May , 1984, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenkers Callon, Clevenger, Fanelli, Mallory and Mayor Moyles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
