RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING
APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE 1984-85 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the following adjustment be made
increasing the present budget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga adopted by Resolution2151. and 2151.1 be amended as
follows:
Transfer: $8~0.00 from general ledger account 45-2900 Gas Tax
fund balance available, to general ledger account 45-2940 Gas Tax
appropriations.
Subsidiary:
Fund 45 ~ Gas Tax
Program 942 - Allendale Avenue Improvements
Purpose:
To increase appropriations for change orders pertaining to the
Allendale Improvements project.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
re ular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the
~0th day of March , 1985 ,by the following
vote:
AYES: CouncilOrs Callon, Clevenger, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Fanelli
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
