RESOLUTION NO. 2227A
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATw~ORNEYS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986
CITY OF SARATOGA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LLA-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings
for the levy and collection of assessments upon the several lots or
parcels of land in the City of Saratoga Landscaping and Lighting
District LLA-1 pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972
for the construction or installation of improvements, including the
maintenance or servicing, or b<)th, thereof for the fisccal year 1985
- 1986; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and
conduct of said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT,
San Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed
to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said
proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed
not to exceed $1,200.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the .17th day of April , 19_85__, by the
