RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY .COL~qCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOG~
APPOINTING A .)SMBER OF THE PUBLIC 'SAFETY OOMMISSICN
AND ~ OF TI~E }tILITAGE ~10N OOM~ISSICN
~]-IF~z~F_AS,~, the City Council of the City of Saratoga has conducted interviews
to fill vacant seats cn the Public'Safety CcrmisSion and the 'Heritage
Preservation Cxmmtissicm, and
WI{ERFAS, it' is'now appropriate to make appoj/~tments to fill those
vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESDL~,' that the co~ssioners and their terms
shall be as follows:

Rollin Swanson - term expiring January 1986 (replacing Carney)
Heritage Preservation CCrmisSion
Warren Heid'- tam expiring April' 1989
Norman Koepernik'- term expiring April ' 1989
Barbara Voester - term expiring April'1989
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga. City Council'held on the fifth 'day of June,
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Hlava and MDyles
NOES: None
ABSENT: CouncilEr Callon and Mayor Fanelli
