RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA INCREASING
APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE 1985-86 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the following adjustment be made
increasing the presentbudget appropriations:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget of the City of
Saratoga adopted by Resolution 2241.0 be amended as follows:
Transfer: $20,000.00 from general ledger account 21-2909 general
fund reserve for appropriations increases, to general ledger
account 21-2940, general fund appropriations.
Subsidiary:
Fund 21 - General Fund
Program 731 - Hakone Gardens
Account 21-4430-731-70 - Contributions to Other Agencies
Purpose:
To increase appropriations to make a loan to the Hakone
Foundation to begin their fund raising activities.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
day of ,by the following

AYES: Counci~rs Callow, Fanelli, Hlava and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
