A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA DESIGNATING AN INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist in the office of City Manager as of July 1,
1985, and sueh vacancy will not be filled at that time through the appointment of a
new City Manager; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate an interim City Manager to
exercise the duties and responsibilities of sueh office until such time as the new City
Manager is appointed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ROBERT S. SHOOK be, and he
hereby is designated as the Acting City Manager for the City of Saratoga, effective as
of July 1, 1985, with full power and authority to exercise all of the duties and
responsibilities of City Manager until the vacancy in such office has been filled and
the new City Manager has eommeneed his employment.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga held on the 5th day of June, 1985, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Clevenger, Hlava and iv~:~les
NOES: N~ne
ABSENT: Counci~ Callon. and Fayor Fanelli
ABSTAIN: N~ne
