RESOLUEICN NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARkTOGA
CONFIRMING APPOINTM~qT OF A PLANNING COMMISSI~
WHEREAS, a vacancy on the Planning Ccnmlission was created by the resignation
of Kathy McGoldrick, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after reviewing !.several applications, selected David
Pines, who has taken the oath of office but not been confirmed by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appointment to the Planning OEnmlission of
David Pines
\
which was made on July 17, 1985, for a term ending January, 1989, is hereby
confirmed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 7th day of August, 1985,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councihnenk~rs Callcn, Hlava, Foytes and Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: CounciLmenk~r Fanelli
